I really appreciate the donations! I really feel good about what DGR is doing and that the money really will go to help so many. I can't wait until May 18th, it's going to be a fun ride with some great people for a good cause. 

1st Offical DGR

Last year I was involved in an offshoot DGR that our local Indian/Triumph dealer put on. But it wasn't officially sanctioned or involved with the Distinguished Gentleman's Ride organization. This year I wanted to join the "real deal", and decided that I would ride in Tulsa, Oklahoma, since the Arkansas ride was going to be down in Little Rock and a little further away from me. Now the choice comes to making the trip, whether to trailer or ride, what bike I'm going to take and where to stay. The logistics of something like this, most don't think about, but can be daunting when you're coming into a town you're not very familiar with. Then there's the weather to contend with while riding a motorcycle… All that said, the main reason I wanted to join in was, obviously, for the benefits that the Distinguished Gentleman's Ride provides for men's mental health and cancer, something vital needed. I'm hoping to raise $1000. 

I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

Wednesday 26th Mar 2025 On Sunday the 18th of May 2025, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember. Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that. So, before I press my tweed and polish my boots, I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can for this meaningful cause and to help the men we love, live happier and healthier lives.
