I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

On Sunday, May 18th, 2025, I’ll be suiting up in style and joining thousands of riders worldwide for the Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride — this year marks my 9th time participating in this incredible event.

It’s more than just classic bikes and polished boots. Together, we ride to support Movember and raise critical funds and awareness for prostate cancer research and men’s mental health.

Here’s a harsh truth: men die on average six years earlier than women, and many of those deaths are preventable. Mental health struggles continue to rise, and too many suffer in silence. That’s why I’m riding — to help change the narrative and support the men in our lives to live longer, healthier, and more openly.
