Donate if you can, but for Chrissakes at least get a PSA check

Hey Fellas.  It happened to me..it can happen to you.  With a PSA check, you can stay on top of your prostate health and if need, get treatment early.  Don't put it off because you "fell great."  If you're not a guy, but know a guy...encourage them to get the test.

  But prostate cancer awareness isn't all we're riding for.  We can be a tough lot, but none of us should be too tough to reach out when we need help, or to reach out to a mate to mkae sure they're doing alright.
