I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride
Thursday 16th May 2024It's not always smiles.
On Sunday the 19th of May 2024, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride to raise funds and awareness of men's mental health.
Mental health remains a difficult subject for many men to talk about.
One in three Scots men have experienced suicidal thoughts. Three out of four people who take their own lives are men.
We all know and (maybe!) love one and so we need to make sure they are aware there's help and support out there.
I'm riding mostly to join in, ride with my brother(s and sisters) afar and to raise awareness. Donating a wee bit if you can to a really meaningful cause might help - or save- one of the men we love.
