I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

On Sunday the 19th of May 2024, me, the Mutley Crew, along with men & women of all backgrounds and riding preferences, from all over the world  will be joining together in this years  Distinguished Gentleman's Ride to raise funds and awareness for men's health, prostate cancer and mental health on behalf of Movember.

Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. The number of men that are suffering is growing, and if we can do something about that, great. So, before the chocks are pulled away, I'm asking you to join me in raising awareness for these causes by supporting this meaningful cause and to help the men we love, live happier and healthier lives.

Try and be kind, we can't always know what its like in anothers shoes.
