10 years of DGR for me; still passionate, still Dapper!

This wiill be my 10 year fundraising for this righteous cause to stop suicide and to find a cure for prostate cancer! What started as a ride with friends has turned into an obsession to save lives.

Whose life would you save if you had a chance; your father, brother, uncle, grandfather, friend or perhaps a colleague? Is it possible to give up your wine, whisky, and/or latte's for a week and Donate! I can and I will! 
The stats are staggering! What you need to know: 
  • Three out of four suicides are men; 510,000 men that die from suicide globally each year (nearly one every minute), 
  • More than 47,500 men are diagnosed with prostate cancer every year – that's 129 men every day. 
  • Every 45 minutes one man dies from prostate cancer – that's more than 11,500 men every year from Prostate Cancer .

I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

Tuesday 26th Mar 2024 On Sunday the 19th of May 2024, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember. Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that. So, before I press my tweed and polish my boots, I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can for this meaningful cause and to help the men we love, live happier and healthier lives.
