I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

On Sunday the 19th of May 2024, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember. I will be taking part in the Adelaide ride, where we have over a 100 riders registered already.

First responders are exposed to more trauma, more often than the general population.  Over time this accumulates, it sneaks up on us.  It hits some harder than others.  DGR and Movember are involved in supporting and sponsoring veteran and first responder charities, and mens health initiatives.

I am asking you to make a donation so this valuable work can continue, and our mates are looked after when they need it most.
