I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

On Sunday, 18 May 2025, I’ll be riding in The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride, joining thousands of men and women around the world to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men’s mental health—in support of Movember.

This ride is deeply personal for me.

I recently lost my uncle after his long battle with prostate cancer.

And over the years, four of my male friends have taken their own lives.

The number of men struggling is rising, and it’s time we did something about it.
