I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

On Sunday the 19th of May 2024, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember.

The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride is an annual global event that brings together classic and vintage-style motorcycle enthusiasts to raise awareness and funds for men’s health issues, including prostate cancer and mental health. Participants don their finest attire and ride together in cities around the world, uniting for a noble cause while celebrating their love for motorcycles and style.

My personal journey with mental health has been a challenging yet transformative experience. I’ve faced some dark times, grappling with anxiety and depression, but I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have come out the other side stronger. The support of friends, family, and professional help was crucial in my recovery. The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride resonates deeply with me because it not only promotes men’s health but also provides a supportive community for those who have faced similar battles. Joining the ride is my way of giving back and helping others find hope and resilience in their own journeys.
