I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

On Sunday the 18th of May 2025, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember.

Globally there are 10 million men living with or beyond prostate cancer diagnosis and we lose one man to suicide every minute of every day.  Many of us have experienced the loss of male family, friends and colleagues to these issues, so, before I press my tweeds and polish my boots, I would  be grateful if you could join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating any small amount  for this meaningful cause and to help men live happier and healthier lives.

This year I will be riding in memory of Earl Russell and Lee Hayward.

Lee's family and friends received the tragic news in March this year that Lee had sadly lost his battle with mental health issues.
