I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride
We have lost our way as a society. Both as men and women on how to stay healthy, mentally well and happy. In my work as a psychiatrist, I regularly see the tragic consequences of men and women not living in a manner that gives them a better chance of being well fulfilled and happy.
On Sunday the 19th of May 2024, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with friends, colleagues, fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for men's mental health.
The most concerning news from the frontlines of psychiatry, is that the mental health of our society at large; our men women and youth, is getting steadily worse.
