2025, here we come,

Well… welcome to the DGR 2025 ,

What a journey. The week after this years ride marks two years since my Prostate surgery, I feel I have aged an awful lot in the last 24 months,

I can’t thank my Stunning wife, Peta for being right there with me, supporting and making things happen, ❤️

My folks, ‘The Chibbys’ and my friends and family that have been supporting and listening.. 

My Boss, for being there, and letting me get on with fixing this..

The team of ‘Junkologists’ that have been so professional and supportive, from day 1,

Dr Seow Ket-Tan for checking on my PSA levels..

Dr Matt Brown, My Surgeon

Melissa Hadley Barrett, RS Health, for recovery support and wisdom.

I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

Monday 24th Mar 2025 On Sunday the 18th of May 2025, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember. Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that. So, before I press my tweed and polish my boots, I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can for this meaningful cause and to help the men we love, live happier and healthier lives.
