I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

In 2020, a close friend took his own life. He was a retired veteran of 20 years and had recently transitioned to civilian life. He left behind a wife, 4 children, and a plethora of family and friends in a devastated state.

As retired Royal Air Force myself, I inherently focus on veterans. 2022 National Veterans Suicide Report statistics show the suicide rate for veterans is 57.3% greater than that of non-veterans. Irrespective of background, the stigma that is associated with mental health must cease. Please help me raise awareness and funds for this amazing cause and help provide support.
