I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

On Sunday the 18th of May 2025, I'm riding in Gold Coast's Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember. Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons.

I have spent my life working to relieve the burden of mental illness (I am a psychiatrist and physician), and I hope the photos show how my love of motorbikes has brought me friends and given me opportunities to participate in the community and in charities and events for different causes. Nothing brings people together like motorbikes!

The number of men that are suffering is growing, I see it every day. So, before I press my tweed, polish my boots, and clean my pipe, I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can for this meaningful cause.

Oh, and whilst I do own a Triumph, I will be riding my beloved Ducati Sportclassic 1000S which will be displayed on the day (at Miami Marketta) with the good folk from Purpose Built Moto (they have helped me to give it new life) ❤️!
