I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

On Sunday the 18th of May 2025, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember. 

I rode last year on my little Vespa, and despite a few scrapes and bashes, we're both back and better than ever.

This time last year I was really struggling with my own mental health and only just began to reach out for help, and I'm pleased to say a year on, I'm in a much better and happier place. However, I know many men suffer silently and won't reach out for support. I'm doing the Distinguished Gentleman's Ride again this year with these people in my thoughts, and in attempt to raise some money, support and awareness for them.
