On Sunday 18th May 2025, I’ll be riding in The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men’s mental health, supporting Movember.

Men die, on average, six years earlier than women—often from preventable causes. The number of men struggling is rising, and it’s time we did something about it.

Before I suit up in tweed and hit the road, I’m asking for your support. Every donation helps move the needle—toward better health, earlier intervention, and longer lives for the men we love.
