I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

Well, it's that time again for the Distinguished Gentlemen's ride.

 On Sunday the 19th of May 2024, I will be riding with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for Prostate Cancer and Men's Mental Health on behalf of Movember.

 Just like women, men suffer from the dreaded disease we know as cancer and die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to try do something about it!

So, before I press my tweed and polish my boots and dust off the old bowler, I'm asking you again to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what ever you can for this meaningful cause. This will hopefully assist in the future for the men we know and love to live happier and healthier lives.

 If you have a bike and would like to join in the ride, please register and if you are in Melbourne, give me a shout out on the day to say hello. Even if you're not in Melbourne, give me a shout anyways.
