Well done everyone

Tring's first DGR went without a hitch. Great route, well organised, simply brilliant!!

Lots of gentlefolk dressed in their finery, looking dapper. It was a thrill to be a part of it and to raise over 18k collectively.

The spectacle of 124+ bikes rolling through towns and villages  raising the awareness and making some memories.

Roll on 2025!

Last few days until the ride. 

Last push on fund raising. First ride for Tring, so hoping it'll be a good one and become a regular DGR in the future.

A bit more fettling and a polish and we'll be ready for Sunday 🤩

The duchess is back. New fuel tap, float needle and a good carb clean and she's running great🙌. 

Just a good clean and polish for the big day to be ready and hoping it stays dry on the day 🤞

After some tinkering, blood, sweat and tears....fuel pipe is in, tank back in. Yet still some stuff to do....

The Duchess isn't running yet,  still some work to be done to ready her for next months DGR...

I try to do as much as I can myself but in this case going to have call in some help from my scooterist friends...

If all else fails, the Suzuki is waiting in the wings.....

Before I can ride her, the old girl needed some TLC.

Being over 60 years old, she needs treating like the Duchess she is.

New ethanol resistant fuel pipe, a good carb clean. And she should be ready for action...

She is a beauty, a vision in blue 🛵

I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

Monday 25th Mar 2024 On Sunday the 19th of May 2024, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember. Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that. So, before I press my tweed and polish my boots, I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can for this meaningful cause and to help the men we love, live happier and healthier lives.
