I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

On Sunday the 18th of May 2025, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride. This is a charity event that gives me an opportunity to ride my classic motorcycle (see blue Triumph Bonneville pic) together with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health.

Whilst riding a motorcycle might not seem a particulary arduous task, especially as I get to indulge in my motorcycling passion, wear some vintage style clothing and hang out with other bikers. On a personal level these particular charitable causes are important to me, as well as being crucial to men's health initiatives. So far events like this and Movember, have raised circa £70m around the world funding ground breaking research and life-changing support programs. 

Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that.

So, before I press my tweed jacket and don my lid, I'm hoping that you will support me in raising funds and awareness for these important causes by donating whatever you can to help all the guys around us live happier and healthier lives.
