I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

Family and Friends,

On May 18th, 2025, I am riding in The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men’s mental health.

As many of you know, I was officially diagnosed with Stage III Prostate Cancer in August 2022. What started as an alarming increase in PSA, noted at my annual physical, led to a surreal whirlwind of diagnostic testing, plans of action, difficult decisions, surgery, recovery, and ongoing treatment plans. As you can imagine, the fear and stress that followed were overwhelming to say the least.

Fortunately, my medical teams are outstanding and assure me that we can "manage" my disease for a long, long time. Often, the impacts to family and friends following a cancer diagnosis are overlooked. Words cannot describe how supportive my family, especially my daughter, and friends have been to me.

My plan and treatments are already set. I’m asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can so that we can continue to help current and especially future generations of men to live happier and healthier lives, and minimize the "fears and anxieties" that come with a negative diagnosis.
