This is 9th year I've taken part in the DGR , and when it comes to riding bikes it puts the greatest smile on my face by a country mile.

After my diagnosis of Prostate cancer in 2019 I am now 5 years clear post operation. 
Its incredible as well frightening the amount of close friends and acquaintances that have experienced the same Disease, so while I'm fit and able to do so I'll keep spreading the word via the DGR to the wider community.

Prostate cancer doesn't recognise the cost of living crisis,we so often here of via the media , everyone has been so generous over the 8 previous rides I've completed, and as always whatever you can give would be hugely appreciated.

I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

Monday 14th Apr 2025 On Sunday the 18th of May 2025, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember. Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that. So, before I press my tweed and polish my boots, I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can for this meaningful cause and to help the men we love, live happier and healthier lives.
